Dr Lay San (Tiffany) Too

Dr Lay San (Tiffany) Too is a Research Fellow in the Centre for Mental Health, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, the University of Melbourne. Tiffany has nearly nine-years of research experience in the field of suicide epidemiology and prevention. She is recognised for her knowledge in the field and for her strong quantitative statistical skill set. In 2017, Tiffany was ranked as the top Australian early career researcher in mental health and awarded the Early Career Scholar Award by Australia’s Society for Mental Health Research. In 2018, she was awarded a highly competitive NHMRC Fellowship. Dr Too has been engaging closely with community organisations to influence policy and practice to prevent suicide.
